The Rattlers are proud to announce this week’s Players of the Week, sponsored by Cheerleaders Barber Lounge and BYZ Enterprises.
Brooklyn Siemens – Women’s Hockey
In last Friday's home opener, rookie forward Brooklyn Siemens helped secure a thrilling shootout victory for the Rattlers. Starting in the first line, the 5'2" forward from Swift Current displayed her skill and composure, scoring the decisive fourth shootout goal after a double overtime against SAIT. Brooklyn, who previously played for the Weyburn Goldwings AAA team, is in her first year of the Education program at the college. Her performance also earned her the title of Player of the Game. Congratulations to Brooklyn Siemens!
Diego Manrique – Men’s Soccer
Diego Manrique made a huge impact in his first season with the Rattlers Men's Soccer team, securing his first ACAC goal in Saturday’s 4-1 win over the Ambrose Lions. The 5'11" center-back from Edmonton played a crucial role in defense, helping the team extend their winning streak. Diego is currently taking upgrading courses at the college, and his stellar performance earned him the Player of the Game honors. Congratulations to Diego Manrique!
