Olivia Bender and Erik Amberson Named Cheerleaders Barberlounge and BYZ Enterprises Inc Player of the Week Players of the Week.

Olivia wrapped up her first season with the Rattlers in outstanding fashion, contributing crucial performances in the final two games. A first-year General Studies student, Olivia has shown her skills both offensively and in playmaking.

In the first game against the SAIT Trojans, Olivia scored the equalizer to bring the game to 1-1 after a penalty rebound and assisted the second goal, bringing the score to 3-2. Despite her efforts, the Rattlers fell 4-2 in Calgary.

In the second game against the Lethbridge Kodiaks, Olivia delivered another standout performance with three shots on goal and one penalty kick, once again tying the match 1-1. This game, played at home, was the Rattlers' final game of the season and marked the close of Olivia?s impressive rookie campaign.

Erik showcased his playmaking abilities in the final game of the season against the Lethbridge Kodiaks at home, contributing with three assists to help his team to end the season with a win. He had three shots, all on target, and came close to scoring the sixth goal of the game, narrowly missing the net during a one-on-one opportunity with the goalkeeper.

This was Erik's first season in the league, and he has made a significant impact while pursuing his studies in Environmental Biology. Originally from Regina, SK, Erik's contributions were pivotal to contribute to a positive season for the Rattlers Men's Soccer.
