Cross-Country Championships in Lethbridge

Our Cross-Country running team is off to Lethbridge on Saturday for the ACAC Championships hosted by Lethbridge College. This is the final race of the season and is a re-run of Grand Prix #3 which Rattlers runners Becky Ross and Maddy Scrimger both finished on the podium and are looking to recapture the magic they had at that event. As for the men they are looking to challenge for a podium finish and hope to peak at the right time this season. The team is steadily improving each race and looking to keep that going this weekend.

For those looking to attend the race it is being held at Nicholas Sheran Park in Lethbridge. The 6K women's race starts at 12:00pm while the men's 8K run starts at 1:00pm.

The top seven individual finishers for both the men and women's races and the top three men's and women's teams will qualify to race in the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association's National Championship hosted by Dalhousie Agricultural Campus Nov. 10 and 11 in Truro, N.S.
