Despite big fourth quarter, Rattlers fall to Kings 83-75

In their home away from home tonight, the Medicine Hat College Rattlers men's basketball team tried to mount a comeback after a tough 3 quarters that saw them down 19 points at 62-43.  The Rattlers found another gear in the fourth outscoring the Red Deer Kings 32-21 but ultimately fell 83-75.  In what was a 6 point game at halftime, the Kings outscored the Rattlers 27-14 in the third to take control of the game at the Family Leisure Centre.  The Rattlers are playing all of their games away from the Sanke Pit this season due to construction on the campus.  The Kings were led by player of the game #12 Eduardo Crespo who had 20 points, 7 rebounds at 6 assists.  Kieron Burgess led the way on the court for the Rattlers with 19 points and 17 rebounds while player of the game Peter Adonri came off the bench to add 11 points and 3 rebounds.  The two teams will square up again on Sunday, this time in Red Deer.
